Clearly, fans were still champing at the bit to see the big blue guy in live action. The Mandalorian began to tease Thrawn's eventual return in season 2 episode 5, when Ahsoka (Rosario Dawson) appears in live action for the first time. Ahsoka encounters Imperial magistrate Morgan Elsbeth (Diana Lee Inosanto), demanding to know Thrawn's location. Grand Admiral Thrawn (Lars Mikkelsen) has finally made his live-action debut in Ahsoka, and he's already proven himself to be incredibly powerful as Star Wars' latest big bad. Unlike other villains such as Darth Vader or Emperor Palpatine, Thrawn is not a Sith Lord nor can he wield the Force. However, there are some key reasons why he's just as scary and dangerous in the Star Wars galaxy Original Thrawn is a bad guy. He is willing to abduct newborn (or even unborn) children from their mother and hand them to a man he is aware mere minutes into meeting is dangerously insane. He orders the summary execution of an officer who fails him.
The Emperor is a bigger villain, Thrawn might have the stronger military mind, Maul has a double-lightsaber, and Kylo Ren may actually kill more good guys, but Vader is the one you remember
From Ahsoka's perspective Thrawn is a threat and she wants to find Ezra. But the truth is we don't know his situation or where he is. And I don't think Morgan knows either, she's Thrawn's equivalent of the other Imperial garrisons. She's just a possible dead end lead Ahsoka went after. So, no.. I do not think Thrawn is going to be the big bad.
Shin Hati was a Force-sensitive human female active during the New Republic Era and Ahsoka Tano's search for Ezra. She was the eager apprentice of the fallen Jedi Baylan Skoll, with whom she worked alongside as mercenaries allied with the industrialist and witch Morgan Elsbeth and her forces to seek out Thrawn, the last missing Grand Admiral of the Imperial Starfleet. She wielded a lightsaber
